Subject: [RFC][PATCH 4/5]: Simplify devpts_pty_new()
Date: Fri, 29 Aug 2008 00:03:33 -0700 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20080829070333.GC21417@us.ibm.com> (raw)

Subject: [RFC][PATCH 4/5]: Simplify devpts_pty_new()
devpts_pty_new() is called when setting up a new pty and would not
will not have an existing dentry or inode for the pty. So don't bother
looking for an existing dentry - just create a new one.
