The patch titled
revert mm-vmallocc-revert-git-tip-change
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
revert-mm-vmallocc-revert-git-tip-change.patch
This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-rewrite-vmap-layer.patch
The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/
