How about this:
#define CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_BASE TEXT_BASE /* Start of U-Boot */
#define CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN (0xFFFFFFFF - CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_BASE + 1)
You only need to change TEXT_BASE this way.
