The patch titled
memcg-add-mem_cgroup_disabled-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
memcg-add-mem_cgroup_disabled-fix.patch
This patch was dropped because it was folded into memcg-add-mem_cgroup_disabled.patch
The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/
