Simply add appropriate sdhci nodes.
Note that U-Boot should configure pin multiplexing for eSDHC prior
to Linux could use it. U-Boot should also fill-in the clock-frequency
property (eSDHC clock depends on board-specific SCCR[ESDHCCM] bits).
