Subject: [v3 PATCH 3/4] timers: /proc/sys sysctl hook to enable timer migration
Date: Mon, 16 Mar 2009 16:44:44 +0530 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20090316111444.GD4686@linux.vnet.ibm.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <20090316111045.GA4686@linux.vnet.ibm.com>
* Arun R Bharadwaj <arun@linux.vnet.ibm.com> [2009-03-16 16:40:45]:
This patch creates the /proc/sys sysctl interface at
/proc/sys/kernel/timer_migration
Timer migration is enabled by default.
To disable timer migration, when CONFIG_SCHED_DEBUG = y,
echo 0 > /proc/sys/kernel/timer_migration
