random pile of fixes combined with some Ubuntu syncs.
no new features.
The naming of the initramfs-tools stable releases changed
from adding a letter to the more accepted and widely used
addition of a maintenance number.

mkinitramfs-kpkg misspells "deprecation" as "depreciation"
