Can you add URL to homepage of board (if such exists)?

I think that we need to create policy about selecting PREF_VER in 
machine config - especially when recipes used have DEF_PREF set for this 
device. For me recipes are better place to handle that.

I thought it was unnecessary because none of the machine has such info
into the recipe header. Is this a new rule?

"grep http conf/machine/* -l" returns 22 entries.

No it is not new and not a rule. It just makes easier to check for more 
information about device.
