Can you give a brief summary of the license? I don't want to register
just to find the license is unacceptable (again) because it would
prevent me from working on an emulator(!) or another device, such as
an FPGA, implementing the same instruction set.

Even if you don't have a company?
Thanks for letting us know, btw. I've already been frustrated trying
to understand the ARMv7 instruction set using snippets of information
from other sources.
