Subject: + rtc-cmos-convert-rtc_aie-rtc_uie-to-rtc-irq-api.patch added to -mm tree
Date: Wed, 30 Sep 2009 11:59:45 -0700	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <200909301859.n8UIxjDt004797@imap1.linux-foundation.org> (raw)

The patch titled
rtc-cmos: convert RTC_AIE/RTC_UIE to rtc irq API
has been added to the -mm tree. Its filename is
     rtc-cmos-convert-rtc_aie-rtc_uie-to-rtc-irq-api.patch

Before you just go and hit "reply", please:
   a) Consider who else should be cc'ed
   b) Prefer to cc a suitable mailing list as well
   c) Ideally: find the original patch on the mailing list and do a
reply-to-all to that, adding suitable additional cc's

See http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/stuff/added-to-mm.txt to find
out what to do about this

Subject: rtc-cmos: convert RTC_AIE/RTC_UIE to rtc irq API
From: Herton Ronaldo Krzesinski <herton@mandriva.com.br>

Drop ioctl function that handles RTC_AIE/RTC_UIE, and use instead the
rtc subsystem API (alarm_irq_enable/update_irq_enable callbacks).
