If you have these types of questions then you should be taking them to
the appropriate forum and mailing list. In this case, you probably want
to start with:

for relevant links.
Once you've narrowed down a subsystem you are interested in, then of
course you can post more specific inquiries to that subsystem's mailing
list.
While you can feel free to Cc the linux-sh list on matters that
cross-over between general subsystem and architecture-specific matters,
none of the general purpose discussions belong on this list.
