And actually, I do not believe there is any good way way of implementing such a concept in the first place. Time is just a number to a cryptosystem, and that number is one of the very few things that can be well predicted, hence it can be faked. Thinks like hardware modules that release a key after a predefined time do not count. They are not a cryptographic approach.
