Sorry for the delay, but I am finally getting the code for the
plat-samsung updates sorted out. I will be releasing some further
fix branches for review as soon as possible followed by the updates
for the clock and device initialisation for testing by the end of
this comming weekend.

Full documentation will be provided with the patch-set for review.
