The patch looks good but for some reason I can't apply it:
Applying: Enable Cell broadcast message in phonesim
fatal: corrupt patch at line 23
Patch failed at 0001 Enable Cell broadcast message in phonesim
When you have resolved this problem run "git am --resolved".
If you would prefer to skip this patch, instead run "git am --skip".
To restore the original branch and stop patching run "git am --abort".

Please resend against the latest tree?
