[PATCH] ath9k: fix compilation without CONFIG_ATH9K_DEBUGFS

Make arguments of ath_debug_stat_tx() and ath_debug_stat_rx() stubs
match those of the same functions with CONFIG_ATH9K_DEBUGFS defined.
