then you probably needs to add:
DEPENDS_append = " update-rc.d update-rc.d-native"
RDEPENDS_${PN}_append = " ${@base_conditional("ONLINE_PACKAGE_MANAGEMENT", "none", "", "update-rc.d", d)}"
