How did you come to this conclusion? From the node above it's IMHO
pretty clear that IDE (PATA) is on the localbus.

The driver is drivers/ata/pata_of_platform.c.

Nope, no PCI involved. CF is almost* directly connected to
the localbus.

Yes, that's exactly how CF is done on MPC8349EmITX boards.

Via localbus + UPM.
