the Blackfin one is in the range of 200-600 bytes.  i dont care how 
configurable you make u-boot, it isnt getting to that.

yes, we should do this anyways.  i have another use of u-boot where i wanted 
it down to the 30KiB range, and that required posting patches to make things 
more configurable.  most have been merged already.
