The patch titled
     sysctl-fix-min-max-handling-in-__do_proc_doulongvec_minmax-v2-checkpatch-fixes
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     sysctl-fix-min-max-handling-in-__do_proc_doulongvec_minmax-v2-checkpatch-fixes.patch
