Hello,
I think, this comment is relevant to IOPRIO_WHO_PGRP/IOPRIO_WHO_USER cases.
I only touched IOPRIO_WHO_PROCESS and IOPRIO_WHO_PROCESS.
So, imho, no need to remove it.
