[PATCH 15/17] xenpaging: start xenpaging via config option

Start xenpaging via config option.

TODO: make it actually work with xen-unstable ('None' is passed as size arg?)

TODO: add config option for different pagefile directory
TODO: add libxl support
TODO: parse config values like 42K, 42M, 42G, 42%
