You are leaking hdev->workqueue here.
Also you will need to add CRYPTO_BLKCIPHER dependence in the Kconfig.
Maybe we should add a CONFIG_BLUETOOTH_SMP, and just build with blkcipher
in the case SMP was selected to be built.
