So pcifront, netfront, etc, are in the upstream kernel. So it netback in 2.6.39.

I stuck it in devel/next-2.6.3[8,9].

Should not matter. I've been using CentOS 5.5,FC 13, FC 14, and Ubuntu 10.10
with success.
