Subject: [PATCH] multipath: get right sysfs value for checker_timeout

sysfs_get_timeout() wasn't looking in the correct directory for the
checker timeout value. It was looking at .../block/<devname>/timeout,
instead of  .../block/<devname>/device/timeout
