Unless OpenWRT changed something drastically, athdebug is a utility
that is a part of MadWifi.  It uses MadWifi specific API and doesn't
work with ath9k.

I believe you are asking in a wrong place.  This is a mailing list
about the ath9k driver, not about OpenWRT.
