The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
dma-mapping-fix-sync_single_range_-dma-debugging-checkpatch-fixes.patch
This patch was dropped because it was folded into dma-mapping-fix-sync_single_range_-dma-debugging.patch
