I don't know where to report this, since bugzilla is still down. This
upgrade breaks UVC webcam that I've:

Bus 002 Device 002: ID 04f2:b029 Chicony Electronics Co., Ltd 1.3M UVC
Webcam

I'm getting followed while trying to capture from it:

	[ 187.555352] uvcvideo: Failed to submit URB 0 (-28).

Kernel 3.1.2 is definitely working.

[ 1.810009] usb 2-5: Product: USB2.0 1.3M UVC WebCam
[ 10.664671] uvcvideo: Found UVC 1.00 device USB2.0 1.3M UVC WebCam (04f2:b029)
[ 10.670255] input: USB2.0 1.3M UVC WebCam as /devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:1d.7/usb2/2-5/2-5:1.0/input/input7
