The current Fedora RPM specfiles are always a good bet to start off with: http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/gitweb/?p=qemu.git;a=blob;f=qemu.spec;hb=HEAD By default these will build all QEMU targets, and a dedicated qemu-kvm binary too.There is a flag to restrict it to x86 only for cases where you don't want all archs.
