Thanks merging this into devel-hwmod and merging into linux-omap master.

Just for reference, I now have omap-cleanup-a2-for-3.5, omap-cleanup-b-for-3.5
and omap-devel-a-for-3.5 merged, and I've dropped all the earlier branches
you posted.

So I'm assuming you'll be resending what was in hwmod_misc_devel_3.4,
clock_devel_3.4 and io_chain_devel_3.4 once you're done with your fixes/updates
for those.
