enable the MACH_AT91SAM_DT by default it the right way if USE_OF which means
for sam9x5 and n12 only

for the other soc that can have both OF and non of kernel
you need select the USE_OF only if the MACH_AT91SAM_DT is enable by the end
user (not by default)
