Hi,

path to sysroot is correctly mangled but there is still wrong path
pointing to WORKDIR.

./x86_64-linux/usr/lib/python2.7/config/Makefile:RUNSHARED=
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/OE/jansa-test/shr-core/tmp-eglibc/work/x86_64-linux/python-native-2.7.3-r0.1/Python-2.7.3:/OE/shr-core/tmp-eglibc/sysroots/x86_64-linux/usr/bin/../lib/pseudo/lib:/OE/shr-core/tmp-eglibc/sysroots/x86_64-linux/usr/bin/../lib/pseudo/lib64

Probably does not harm as that directory is probably empty, but still
should not be there.
