Subject: [dm-crypt] Boots up string "Password for filesystem"
Date: Thu, 1 Nov 2012 16:45:48 -0400 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20121101204548.GA6584@localhost.localdomain> (raw)
Hi.
I've looked in the cryptsetup source and I can't figure out where the
string "Password for filesystem" is. I don't think any other program
would be making this request, so I am thinking that my system has been
cracked. I hope someone has a more logical thought they would be
willing to share.
cryptsetup status /dev/mapper/luks-444...337
/dev/mapper//dev/mapper/luks-444..337 is active:
cipher: aes-xts-plain64
keysize: 512 bits
device: /dev/mapper/master-myroot
offset: 4040 sectors
size: 4517944 sectors
mode: read/write
