this should work :
tftp barebox.bin
unprotect /dev/nor0.root
erase /dev/nor0.root
cp barebox.bin /dev/nor0.root
or with less operations :
unprotect /dev/nor0.root
erase /dev/nor0.root
tftp barebox.bin /dev/nor0.root
