Hum, isn't this causing a circular dependency?
BR2_INIT_SYSV selects BR2_PACKAGE_SYSVINIT
BR2_PACKAGE_SYSVINIT depends on BR2_INIT_SYSV
but apparently, Kconfig doesn't complain, so it looks fine to me:
