Yes I can see the address in "ip a".

So i can't see any inet6 addresses on eth0 interface, so maybe it isn't
a lowpan specific problem.

I use ip/ifconfig from busybox at version:

BusyBox v1.20.2 (2013-11-16 07:37:30 CET) multi-call binary.
