Hey Ian,

I keep on seeing this when trying to a migration with the upstream
Linux:

Failed to save domain, resuming domain
bootstrap-i386-pvhvm could not be saved (rc:1)!

I am thinking to do a bisect to narrow down the exact one, but is there
a particular one you think I ought to focus on?
