Subject: [PATCH v2 00/11] replace obsolete strict_strto* calls

Changes since v1:
 Removed [arch/tile] (was merged to tile tree)
 Added Acked-by 

Replace all calls to strict_strto* functions with appropriate
calls to kstrto*.
Remove definition of strict_strto* functions

All patches apply against current linux git tree
