TOOLCHAIN_EXTERNAL_SITE should have been
http://sourcery.mentor.com/public/gnu_toolchain/powerpc-mentor-linux-gnu/.
I didn't detect the problem because I had already the toolchain
downloaded in my $(DL_DIR). I'll fix that!
