The changes in this series include:

1.	Update RCU documentation.  These were posted to LKML at

2.	Miscellaneous fixes.  These were posted to LKML at

3.	Maintainership changes.  These were posted to LKML at

4.	Torture-test updates.  These were posted to LKML at
