Subject: 2.4 mkdep and symlinked kernel source
Date: Mon, 05 Mar 2001 13:33:55 +1100 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <2015.983759635@kao2.melbourne.sgi.com> (raw)
The recent changes to mkdep can create incorrect dependencies when
(a) the kernel source is a symlink and
(b) you cd to the symlink and
(c) your shell exports PWD.
This one line patch against 2.4.3-pre2 gives consistent results.
Please report any problems to kaos@ocs.com.au.
