The IOMMU driver should just allocate the data-structures for a domain
in the domain_alloc call-back. It should not be necessary to care about
any relations of the domain with specific iommu instances.

The IOMMU driver should just allocate the data-structures for a domain
in the domain_alloc call-back. It should not be necessary to care about
any relations of the domain with specific iommu instances.
