Hi Arnd, Kevin, Olof,

This is the final cleanup that didn't make it for 4.1. The mach-at91
folder now only contains core SoC and PM support.

The following changes since commit b787f68c36d49bb1d9236f403813641efa74a031:

  Linux 4.1-rc1 (2015-04-26 17:59:10 -0700)

are available in the git repository at:

First batch of cleanup for 4.2:
 - use syscon in the ata and cf drivers to configure the SMC and drop
 sam9_smc.c
 - switch the at91rm9200 memory controller to syscon
 - remove last useless headers
 - remove now useless Makefile.boot
