sorry, I don't help you to making backports. I am currently busy with
other things which are related to mainline work. I can't help you.

The missing ARPHRF_6LOWPAN in addrconf was just a shoot into the dark,
because you don't have the stateless autoconfiguration and this needed to
be there for that. I really have no idea about the following panic and
why it occurs, maybe providing the stacktrace would be nice that I have
more information. But I think it's more work than just copying the files
to kernel version 3.10.

I also don't know if somebody did a backport to earlier kernel versions.
Otherwise I would mentioned that here, but you are the first one.
