Hello,

We triggered the same backtrace showed in the following commit:

commit 3ec0c97959abff33a42db9081c22132bcff5b4f2
Author: Kinglong Mee <kinglongmee@gmail.com>
Date:   Mon Sep 14 20:12:21 2015 +0800

nfs/filelayout: Fix NULL reference caused by double freeing of fh_array

This issue was seen using a v4.1.
I was wondering if it was possible to add it in stable queue? (tested
for v4.1 on my side)
I got an agreement from Trond.

Thanks,
--
William
