Just fetched stable from
git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux-stable

$ git tag --list | grep v4.3
v4.3
v4.3-rc1
v4.3-rc2
v4.3-rc3
v4.3-rc4
v4.3-rc5
v4.3-rc6
v4.3-rc7
v4.3.1
v4.3.2
v4.3.3

I don't see a v4.3.4 tag yet...
