[PATCH] Staging: dgnc: Add block comments /* and */ on a separate line in dgnc_tty.c.

Add block comments /* and */ on a separate line. The warning is reported by checkpatch.pl.

The preferred style for long (multi-line) comments is:

 *
 *
 */
