That translation is not correct in nft:

# nft add rule filter INPUT ip protocol sctp sctp
<cmdline>:1:44-44: Error: syntax error, unexpected end of file,
expecting checksum or sport or dport or vtag
add rule filter INPUT ip protocol sctp sctp
