Commits tested in this flight:

    xsplice: Missing if ( sec )
    tools: xen-xsplice.c: fix length parameter of memset in list_func
    ocaml/xc_get_cpu_featureset/arm: Return not implemented on ARM
    x86/shadow: account for ioreq server pages before complaining about
not found mapping

I'm pretty sure the commits will not affect ARM guest startup, i.e. this
is spurious failure. We can force push this if it is necessary.
