Last year's meeting didn't attract many attendees but we did have
important f2f discussions regarding release cycle, planning for certain
features etc. I think overall it was quite useful. The number of
attendees is not the mostly important metric imho.

Ultimately my goal is to make sure we  allocate some time for face to
face conversation.  I think having the unconference sessions are
probably fine. As George said, the key is to attract appropriate
attention.
