it is possible that you read this pull request before the reverty one
from last Saturday that was asking to pull tags/for-linus ("[GIT PULL]
KVM fixes for 4.7-rc8") and therefore could pull uncommented changes
with this one.  I am sorry for the inconvenience.

The following changes since commit b244c9fc251e14a083a1cbf04bef10bd99303a76:

  KVM: VMX: handle PML full VMEXIT that occurs during event delivery (2016-07-16 15:27:40 +0200)
